To address the usability challenges and brand alignment goals, we conducted in-depth user research and usability testing to identify key pain points and user needs. Based on these insights, we redesigned the app with a streamlined navigation structure, personalized user flows, and improved task efficiency, while maintaining State Farm’s trusted brand identity. A scalable design system was implemented to ensure consistency across platforms, and accessibility standards were prioritized to create an inclusive experience. Using tools like Figma for prototyping and iterative testing, we validated our design decisions and collaborated closely with developers to ensure a seamless and visually consistent implementation.
