StrataMap is an open and secure platform for digital transformation. It allows teams to identify risk, prioritize actions, and visualize impacts of change together.
The platform had been using different interfaces, logins, and types of software to accomplish various tasks: modeling, editing, and contributing. The customers were having a hard time handling and using the product. The UI was nonexistent, and the rendering (maps) were primitive.
After some user research, we realized we had to change the focus from product-centric to customer-centric. We accomplished this by merging all of those different interfaces into one project-based dashboard, allowing customers to complete all tasks in a seamless environment. We also developed different flows, interfaces, and a design system.
