My Role

As a senior UX designer in this project, my role was to work together with stakeholders by facilitating workshops and with developers by providing all assets and documentation needed to plan, execute, and present day-to-day tasks including WF, prototyping, UT, and weekly showcases to stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Customers want to get health insurance that covers their health needs; however, problems such as difficulty finding the right policy due to its complexity and inability to compare plans make it hard. The goal of this project is to increase the number of customers that are confident that they chose the right insurance, which therefore reduces churn and increases overall sales.

The Solution

Creation of a customer health profile and risk by answering a questionnaire including demographic information and medical history, which leads to a recommendation of the most appropriate existing product based on that risk, and why the product was recommended.
