Project Overview

BP (British Petroleum) is a global company that provides gas worldwide. In their search for a better relationship with their customers in New Zealand, they wanted to create an app for their loyalty program and for their premium customers to pay at the pump with this same app.

Challenge

I had to create a seamless, friendly, and incredibly short experience, based on customer insights and tests, for them to pay with their mobile device in seconds. We worked on the creative campaign and named the app BPme, launching a social media campaign and marketing website for customers to connect with the brand and enjoy a tailored digital experience.

Payment flow

You choose the type of gas, the pump, and the amount. Then, you type your passcode to confirm and you're good to go.

Digital branding

I created and designed the BPme logo, alongside some icons and illustrations
